The Holtville Dixie Youth League is preparing for the 2010 Season and is soliciting bids for Grounds Maintenance, Uniform Sales, and Team/Player Photographs. We are also soliciting local businesses to sponsor one of our 30 baseball or softball teams.

2010 Open Bids:

Grounds Maintenance: At a minimum, we need costs and proposed schedule for maintaining all fields and walkways for the entire year for the Alice Allen Sports Complex. We are located at 92 Allen Lane, Wetumpka, Alabama, 36092 ( next to the Holtville Middle School ).

Please include all services you offer and associated costs. References are preferable.

Team/Player Photographs: Please supply a list of available services and associated costs.

Uniform Sales: Please supply a price list of available baseball and softball uniform options and services. Include approximate turnaround times. We anticipate approximately 300 player's sizes and colors to be availble between Jan 30^th and Feb 6^th, 2010. Selection will be made December 20^th in order to prepare for January registrations.

Bid selection will be based on price, range of services offered, references, and support of the local community.
